Product Description
Curious Cables are handmade USB cables imported from Australia. The pure silver conductors and excellent design make this cable an intensely detailed and dimensional conduit between your server and DAC. The price of the Curious makes it a tremendous value and one of Jaguar's most popular sellers. If you're debating whether to go with the Standard Curious or the Evolved model, we recommend matching the level of the cable to the level of your DAC.
Please allow 250hrs of initial break-in time before critical listening. The Curious Cable sound is pretty good right off the bat but will change dramatically throughout the break-in period.
Note: All cables are USB Type A to USB Type B.

"the Curious had an almost spooky ability to remove mixdown congestion – especially during more complex passages – and extend decay (even on bass notes)"

"This is a great cable ! Love your turntable rig but hate your computer audio setup because it sounds dry, flat and uninvolving ? Curious Cables will have you sorted out in no time."

Curious Cable USB .8M
I now have approximately 150 hours of burn-in on the cable and the difference from new to now is quite astounding. In fact, it has changed for the better more than any power or interconnect cable I have purchased. Most notable are the resolution, soundstage, and bass which are more like my analog rig's sound than a digital one. I suspect it will continue to improve for another 50 hours but now it is more difficult to ascertain on a daily basis. I researched the many options for USB cables and am happy I chose this Australian Beauty at much less money than the other brands.

Curious USB Cable
On Paul's recommendation I ordered one for my Mac Mini output to my Wyred4sound 10th Anniversary DAC.
I know it needs many more hours to finish opening up and breaking in. I will say that is was an improvement from the $200 cable I had. So going forward, I will keep it and let the sound improve. Very Good Deal. -
Curious USB cable
It took 10 seconds to understand how this would be a game changer in my system. It replaced my Audioquest cinnamon USB cable feeding my Chord Hugo M Scaler.
OMG! The sound is so relaxed; everything seemed to have slowed down. Layers and layers of instruments with details, micro dynamics and dead silent background. On one song In particular, I was amazed at the amount of echo there was on voices and all of a sudden when the mixers removed the echo, how the voice suddenly appeared so close to me.... I have now 50 hours burned in and it is improving every new day I'm listening. How will it sound after the recommended 250 hrs burn-in period ? For now, I will drink to what I have heard so far!

Curious USB Cable
Gave this a try after reading a bunch of positive reviews. Well, everything the reviews stated was valid. Super diffuse and detailed sound stage, air and instrument separation are jaw dropping. Vocals have a vivid presence. I highly commend this cable . Give it a try. 30 day trial, you can't go wrong.
