International Shipping

Jaguar can ship to virtually any address around the world. However, some manufacturers do not allow us to ship their products to certain countries.  When you place an order to be shipped outside the US, you can contact us for a shipping estimate and delivery dates, which are based on the availability of your items and the shipping methods you choose.

Shipments to foreign countries (outside the United States) are only guaranteed to the US border (as determined by tracking) and by default are not insured for damage; you may contact us to add shipping insurance to your order.  International shipping insurance can be expensive and most customers choose not to add it, but the option is yours'.  Jaguar is also not responsible for any Customs delays or disputes within foreign countries.




Jaguar accepts payment with PayPal, credit/debit card, money order, bank check, personal check and bank wire.  We reserve the right to restrict payments to certain types for some products or countries.

After completing checkout, when you select money order, bank/personal check or bank wire you will receive an email with the necessary address or bank information.



Sale & Discount Terms

• Sale and Discount offers may not be combined.

• Demo and Used items are not eligible for Sale or Discount offers.



Product Inventory

Jaguar stocks most products that sell regularly.  In the case of certain products requiring extensive storage space, not in regular demand or are extremely expensive, these are special-ordered and ship from Jaguar or are drop-shipped by the manufacturer.  Regardless of whether the product is kept in our inventory, Jaguar always works to get your products to you as quickly as possible and keep you informed on the status of your order.



Trial Period Terms

Certain products include a Trial Period with purchase.  These Trial Periods are governed by the following conditions:

• All products must be returned in new condition and with all original packaging, accessories and instructions.

• The length of the Trial Period is stated in the product listing or online advertisement.  The Trial length varies by product.  Many Jaguar products require as many as a few hundred hours of break-in to reach their full potential and often don't sound very good before they're fully broken in.  If you're going to need more time with a product, contact us.

• The Trial Period begins the day the package is delivered.

• Trial Period offers apply only to products purchased at the full retail price and only to products shipped within the US.

• The customer must contact for an RMA# before return shipping the product.

• The customer agrees to pay all shipping, tracking, insurance and payment processing costs, deducted from a refund. 

• Returned products must be postmarked within 5 business days (1 week) after the Trial Period ends and the package must be sent with a delivery signature confirmation, to ensure receives the package.

• Only one product Trial Period is allowed at the same time.  If you order multiple products having a Trial Period during the same or overlapping times, you may apply the trial terms to only one of them.  This rule is intended to keep customers focused on breaking in and evaluating a single product and not introducing multiple new variables into a system at one time.  Any exceptions must be approved by Jaguar in email.

• All returns must be return shipped with delivery signature confirmation.




If a product is not performing as expected, please call or email us.  We'll work with you to see if we can solve the problem; often issues like this can be resolved just with our knowledge of the product.  In our experience, the most common cause of dissatisfaction with products is inadequate break-in time.

When returning an item, contact for an RMA# and to arrange the details.  All returns must be shipped with a delivery signature confirmation.




Refund time is dependent on transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank or PayPal to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).  Sometimes refunds can be processed almost immediately and other times there are delays, but we will always move as quickly as possible.
