This cable was a winner of the 6 Moons Realization Award. A product with performance/price like this comes along only once every few years...it's a major giant killer where more expensive cables are concerned.
The Nanotec SP Red cable was updated in the spring of 2015 with the new Nanotec SV. The SV uses the newly-developed Japanese copper from Hitachi, called HiFC; this copper incorporates a small amount of titanium into the alloy, which binds to any impurities, such as oxygen, hydrogen an other metals.
The cables are intended to be assembled with the double cable configuration described in the review below and shown in the pics above (SV-Violet for the hot, SP-Black for the return). Furutech connectors can be added to the order and Jaguar can assemble the cables. The Furutech terminals are solder-less, so no soldering is necessary. Just strip the each conductor at the cable ends and screw on the terminals. We believe Furutech connectors offer the best technology / performance for the money. Choose 24k gold-plated connectors for a warm, full bodied sound and rhodium-plated connetors lean, faster sound.
Note: The base price is for a 2M pair of cables (for both speakers). Your finished set will consist of 4 cables, a Violet (+) and a Black (-) for each side. Speaker connectors and assembly by Jaguar are additional options that can be added.
Worldwide Shipping is $10.

Here's what 6Moons had to say about this product:
"...the entry-level Nanotec rivaled our much more expensive ASI and Crystal Cable alternatives."
"A still bigger surprise was the comparison to the ASI Liveline. The dual Nanotec had the same finesse, richness and speed we like so much in the French cables. A very strong feature of the Aquarius is its outstanding imaging. The speaker’s wide baffle sliced into a large egg shape is largely responsible for that. Many of Todd Garfinkel’s m.a. recordings contain vast natural acoustics as part of the musical landscape and there is information present that extends well behind the artists. With such airy soundscapes the ASI Liveline revealed just a bit more information but the more important tonality was equal."
"From Siltech to Crystal Cable and Mundorf/Zendo, the inclusion of molecular gold into the surface of silver conductor surfaces has long since become an established if not inexpensive metallurgical solution. Nanotec's colloidal process applies the same concept to copper but smartly circumvents the costly custom-extrusion process."
We have a tutorial on our Blog showing how to assemble Nanotec SP/SV cables.
